Can I reserve an office suite for six months or a year?
You can reserve a physical office suite for as little or as much time as you like, we offer flexible leases so that you can always extend your stay as long as you need to. We can lease you a suite by the day, week, month, or year!
Where are your buildings located?
Our buildings are exclusively located in prestigous and modern business parks, we own two buildings in Anaheim Hills, and a third in Yorba Linda, all conveniently located in the Greater Los Angeles area close to major highways.
Can I use the office late and at weekends?
Yes, you are welcome to work whatever hours you like, and you can always securely access your office suite with your own cryptographic entry key. Your office will always be ready and available for work when you need it to be!
Do you offer any discounts for startups?
Yes! We love startups and we can even discuss equity in return for rent if you are early-stage. We give a 20% discount to startups who are less than two years old, and who have raised more than $50K in investment over the previous 12 months.
